High quality video is a result of the Sony Super HAD II CCD image sensor with impressive 600 TV lines of resolution delivering sharp, clear video. The 40 foot night vision range is enhanced with digital noise reduction (DNR) circuitry that eliminates much of the "noise" associated with night-time video, as well as the advanced day/night mode which automatically switches images to B&W under low light conditions for maximum image clarity.
