I bought this product from Amazon.com based upon the technology provided, design, and competitive pricing. This product is extremely hard to get working due to poor documentation (none included with the product, and very hard to find on the web). I finally got the product working by forcing my browser to emulate a version of IE that hasn't been released for 6 years(!?!) While needing to place the browser into a compatibility mode is not that uncommon, it is still very frustrating for a groundbreaking new product. I am still in need of substantial technical support, but, as none of the iOS applications that I have tried on Apple's website support these new cameras. I have opened a ticket twice with Lorex to get help with this issue, and both times the support department has closed my ticket without contacting me, nor asking my permission to close it. This is unacceptable behavior for a support department, and should disqualify this company from ever being your next vendor.

Came as described. Simple to set up as it only requires one ethernet cable plugged into my Lorex DVR. I ordered this camera as an extra add on to my set of Lorex 4 bullet cameras/DVR 1080p combo I ordered from Costco. Works fantastic.

Note: It says in the manual that this camera can only be mounted to the ceiling, meaning it cannot be mounted on the side of a wall, in case anyone needed to know that.

I have used it for 2 months and no problems at all. If I experience any problems I will log in to update.

Installed 2 of these in the front of my home , requires a large hole to be cut due to the huge dumb connector on the camera . Cameras are wide angle and show a decent picture as long as you don't use the zoom feature, zoom in and your image is pixelated and out of focus . One camera flashes the image at times going from grainy to high def . I would not buy this brand if i were you !
